Tom Logan Construction – Fuel Promotion

1. Promoter

This promotion is offered by Tom Logan Construction, servicing Brisbane and surrounding suburbs.

2. Promotion

Eligible customers who accept a quote and book an eligible project with Tom Logan Construction will receive a fuel bonus from Tom Logan Construction, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Promotional Period

This promotion is available for a limited time until withdrawn by Tom Logan Construction.

4. Eligibility

To be eligible for this promotion, the customer must:

• be at least 18 years old
• own or be authorised to approve works at the property where the services are to be carried out
• accept a written quote from Tom Logan Construction
• pay any required deposit by the due date
• book an eligible project with a total quoted value of $3,000 AUD or more

5. Eligible Projects

This promotion applies only to selected residential projects quoted and carried out by Tom Logan Construction, including approved landscaping, outdoor upgrades, retaining walls, decking, maintenance, painting, and renovation works, as determined by Tom Logan Construction.

This promotion does not apply to:

• quote-only enquiries
• small repair or call-out jobs under the minimum spend
• variations added after acceptance solely to meet the minimum spend
• projects cancelled before commencement
• insurance works, subcontract-only works, or any other excluded works specified in the quote

6. Fuel Bonus

Eligible customers will receive a fuel bonus of up to $200 AUD per eligible project.

The fuel bonus will be provided as a fuel gift card, fuel voucher, reimbursement by agreement, or other fuel-related bonus determined by Tom Logan Construction after the customer has:

• accepted the quote, and
• paid the required deposit

7. Limit

Limit of one fuel bonus per household, property address, and eligible project, unless Tom Logan Construction agrees otherwise in writing.

8. No Cash or Transfer

The fuel bonus:

• is not redeemable for cash
• is not transferable
• cannot be exchanged for any other product, service, discount, or credit unless required by law

9. Availability and Changes

Tom Logan Construction reserves the right to:

• verify eligibility
• refuse the promotion where the offer has been used improperly or contrary to these Terms & Conditions
• provide the fuel bonus in the form of a fuel gift card, fuel voucher, reimbursement by agreement, or equivalent fuel-related bonus
• substitute the fuel bonus with an alternative bonus of equal value if the original fuel bonus becomes unavailable

10. Cancellation and Refunds

If the customer cancels the project, fails to proceed, or becomes ineligible before the agreed trigger point for receiving the fuel bonus, the customer will not receive the fuel bonus.

If the fuel bonus has already been issued and the project is later cancelled or refunded, Tom Logan Construction may deduct the value of the fuel bonus from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Pricing and Other Offers

This promotion:

• cannot be used together with any other discount, special offer, or promotion unless Tom Logan Construction confirms otherwise in writing
• applies only to new quotes accepted while the promotion is active
• does not apply retrospectively to previously accepted quotes or existing projects

12. Service Area

This promotion is only available for eligible projects located within Tom Logan Construction’s service area, being Brisbane and surrounding suburbs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tom Logan Construction is not responsible for any delay, loss, or damage arising from events outside its reasonable control, including supplier issues, fuel card provider issues, weather delays, access issues, or project scheduling changes.

15. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Tom Logan Construction’s Privacy Policy and used for the purpose of administering the promotion, providing quotes, and delivering services.

16. Changes to these Terms

Tom Logan Construction may update, withdraw, or extend this promotion at any time, provided that any changes will not affect customers who have already qualified for the promotion before the updated terms are published, unless required or permitted by law.
